Final plans are in the works for this year's Summer Sale, which will take place on Friday, August 1st, opening at 5:00 p.m. and Saturday August 2nd, opening at 9:00 a.m. Contact Judy if you need sign-up information. 

 
Special Vendors Meeting and PotLuck
*** Wednesday, July 2nd at 6 PM ***

All vendors for the August sale should plan to attend and all members are welcome. There will be sign-ups for committees, which include accounting, advertising, Cashiers & Checkers, Box Night preparations, Education, Holding Area, Inventory Control, Post Event, and T-Shirt Committee.

The monthly Board Meeting will follow afterwards.


BOX NiGHT ---> Thursday JULY 31st at 6:00 P.M. 

MANDATORY for all particpating vendors. If you cannot attend, please send an alternate. Please bring your boxes, tape guns, box cutters.

STEW AND RICE with beverage will be served!

There are currently two applicants for 2008 scholarships.
